Cold rolled steel coil is made of hot rolled steel coil (semi-finished product after high temperature rolling in hot rolling mill) as raw material, which is further rolled and deformed in cold rolling mill at room temperature and then rolled into coil. The cold rolling process makes the steel thinner, with higher precision and better surface quality through plastic deformation.
