Color-coated corrugated sheets are mainly based on galvanized steel sheets (including hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized) and galvanized steel sheets. This type of sheet undergoes surface pretreatment (such as degreasing and chemical treatment), and then is coated with one or more layers of liquid paint of different colors by roller coating. After baking and cooling, the final sheet is formed.
